Workshops for less-experienced gardeners
From September to June, the RHSA runs a series of Workshops on Sunday afternoons, in the Education Room in the Duthie Park Wintergardens. These are usually (but not always!) on the second Sunday in the month at 12.00 and 14.00. If you would like to attend any or all of these, please contact Lesley Glasser on 01224 712605, or e-mail lesleyglasser@btinternet.com
Workshops are also held on the second Wednesday of each month at Altens Community Centre (at 13.30 - 15.30) and Cove Community centre (at 19.00 - 21.00) They are free to Members and the General Public.
As far as possible, topics are those suggested by previous participants, and we try to make them ‘hands on’ whenever we can. Booking is essential.

Kicking off the first Workshop of 2008, Society Members and prospective Members were given the "dark secrets" of Soil, Compost and Fertilizers on 13/1/08 Society members and prospective members with the results of the 9/9//07 Workshop. I hope our attendees were "bowl"ed over and were "Pot"ty with excitement with the prospect of bit of Spring colour. |
